When I say “lunch”, I always imagine something easy and fast to make, like a salad. So that’s why most of the times we eat salads for lunch :) But these days we have lots of fresh peppers from my mom’s garden, I also happen to have lots of fresh ideas on eating them…
peppers & cheese
- 4 peppers
- 200 gr. cheese
Remove the seeds from the peppers and wash them properly (I prefer red peppers, because they are a little bit sweet, but green peppers will do just fine also). Cut the cheese into square bites and fill the peppers with them. That’s it!
Time for preparation: 5 minutes. Serves 2
