Here in Bulgaria, we have this baby related tradition called “Bread loaf” or Pogacha in bulgarian. It is something like a baby shower, but since we are a bit superstitious, the party for celebrating the baby is made 40 days after the baby is born. The idea is that the birth went well, the baby is healthy and the mother feels good already, so it’s time to celebrate the little one.
So, after this preamble, I believe you know already what we will be talking about :)) No, it’s not mine baby. It is Maggie’s one, my friend and colleague from naturelita.com. She gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, called Darina and since in bulgarian dar means gift, we decided to celebrate her with “a gift by nature” party. Maggie prepared all the delicious raw sweets and I made the decoration. I hope you will enjoy it, as much as I did :)))
