It’s funny actually that most people think that there is no place for desserts in their healthy or diet regime, and the truth is that you really are not supposed to eat it after dinner or lunch. The problem is that the main meals are usually bigger and heavier for our stomachs to deal with, and adding dessert to the picture can only make things worse. So, when is the right time for a dessert or can I have it at all?

Enjoy it for a refreshing boost in the afternoon, while playing your favourite game or as a versatile addition to your afternoon tea at the office or at home. This is the right time to snack and have a dessert. Usually between 15-16h, depending on your lunch and dinner times, and going for the middle leaving 3 hours between each.
The perfect dessert for me is something delicious and healthy, a chocolate bar, raw dessert made from nuts and dates, fruits, raw carrot cake or some truffles. Something you really enjoy, something that will help you make it to dinner and will cheer your day. Something tasty. A dessert. Enjoy it :)
