Yesterday was a tough one. * Breakfast – smoothie with banana, strawberries, coconut milk
* Snack – a pear
* Lunch – basic green salad with italian dressing, recipe from the book
* Snack – raw chocolate mousse, I know you have some left :)
* Dinner – basic green salad again with some nuts and mustard added to the dressing.
